1. About Keroo
Keroo is operated by SMARTDIRECTORIES LTD, company number 16672589, registered office 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. Contact hello@keroo.co.uk. You must be at least 18 to place a paid order.
2. The service
Keroo turns your photographs, measurements and written brief into AI-assisted organisation concepts, explanatory recommendations and, where included in the plan, a purchase itinerary. Your selected plan and total price are shown before payment.
We usually create designs within minutes and aim to deliver within 24 hours of successful payment. We will contact you if more information or extra time is needed.
3. Your information and images
You confirm that you may lawfully upload and ask us to process everything you submit. Do not upload images of people, confidential documents or unrelated personal data. You must provide reasonably accurate measurements and a clear description of what must remain, move or fit in the space.
4. Payment and confirmation
Prices are in pounds sterling and are the total charged. SMARTDIRECTORIES LTD is not VAT registered, so VAT is not added. Stripe securely processes payment. Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed, and we email a contract summary to the address you supplied.
5. Immediate supply and cancellation
At checkout you can expressly ask us to start creating your personalised digital design during the 14-day cancellation period. You also acknowledge that once the digital design has been supplied, your statutory right to cancel that digital-content order is lost. Full details are in our cancellations and refunds policy.
6. Important limits of the design
Designs are visual planning suggestions, not architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, fire-safety or other professional advice. AI may misrepresent dimensions, quantities, colours, products or physical features. Before purchasing or fitting anything, check all measurements, clearances, fixings, load limits, ventilation, access and manufacturer instructions. Use an appropriately qualified professional where safety or building work is involved.
7. Your design licence
Once paid for, you may download and use your Keroo design for your personal, non-commercial organisation project. You may not resell, publish as your own service, or use Keroo output to train another model without our written permission.
8. If something goes wrong
Contact us promptly with a clear explanation. Where the Keroo Promise applies, we may offer one replacement design or a refund through our controlled support process. A granted replacement or refund cannot be claimed repeatedly for the same order. This promise does not reduce your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for avoidable loss caused by failing to check the design against the real space, or for business losses arising from a service sold for personal household use.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you keep any mandatory local consumer protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
