Our current use
Keroo does not use advertising cookies or analytics cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregated page use and website performance. These services do not place analytics cookies, do not create profiles of individual visitors and are configured to exclude private result, payment and administrator pages. We also use limited browser storage and essential administrator authentication cookies. Because these are needed to operate the workflow securely, a consent banner is not currently required.
Customer workflow storage
- shelfPlannerDraft: keeps your unfinished space-plan answers on your device so a refresh does not immediately lose them.
- kerooFreeCheckJourney: associates a free space check with a later paid order for conversion reporting.
- kerooPendingCheckout: helps return you to the correct brief if you cancel or complete Stripe checkout.
These values do not contain payment-card details. You can remove them by clearing site data in your browser, although doing so may reset an unfinished brief.
Administrator cookies
Supabase authentication cookies protect the restricted Keroo administration area and maintain its signed-in session. They are not used to track public visitors.
Analytics information
Aggregated analytics can include the page visited, general referrer, country, device category, browser and performance measurements. Keroo does not add names, email addresses, order references or secure-link tokens to analytics events. If we introduce optional tracking or advertising technology, we will update this notice and request consent where required. Questions can be sent to hello@keroo.co.uk.
